Review The Flash

Barry Allen travel back in time to change the course of events that led to his mother's murder when he was a child. Uses his super speed to change the past, but his attempt to save his family creates a world without super heroes, force him to race for his life in order to save the future. While chaos ensues when his time jump creates an alternate reality in which the Justice League doesn't exist.

With James Gunn appointed as the new co-CEO of DC Studios, The Flash will be 13 DC Film universe and will be the last DCEU installment. Elaborate with 144 minutes with The Flash is covered by Ezra Miller as reprise their role as Barry Allen. Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as Batman. Sasha Calle as Supergirl, Michael Shannon as Zod and Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, among others.

For the most part The Flash is an enjoyable film with some really good performances, especially Michael Keaton coming back as Batman and Ben Affleck is reprised his last appearance as caped crusaders. The Flash has a unique multiversal concept and logic-sense in order for superheroes films. All the jokes land perfectly and it is all thanks to the great performance of Ezra Miller.

There are problems here for sure, and maybe will  fall apart in my mind the more I think about it. But I had a pretty good time with this, and while it might not have been as filling or satisfying as a proper piece of cinema experience. The CGI of this films is absolutely disaster & muddy. I mean, If you expecting a film with below $200.000.000 budget is acceptable, But this one no. There are plenty of low/mediocre quality, inconsistency and overlooked.
Apart from the CGI issue, I also found that the story line is too weak and low motivate. Tried to save his mother from murdered and got explain Keaton's Batman that what he has done is meaningless point. The outcome ? Hmm, I can't figured out and it leaves trace toward us to expect other Flash's film. Also, The cameo that features in this film for me it was loveable fan-service across the generations anyway.

I had fun and to be enjoyed this film throughout. Ezra Miller was impressive in his role as Barry Allen/The Flash and was largely responsible for the film working as it did. The time mechanics felt realistic even if a little complicated. Seeing a returning Michael Keaton as Batman will be a huge and last action from Ben Affleck. Big credits to Andy Muschietti as director to delivered it well despite some needs to be develop and improved.
